Jack McDonald is currently the Stanford Investors Professor of Finance at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Professor McDonald also serves on the board of directors of several mutual funds and companies and has been an advisor to several venture capital funds.

From 1989 until 1990, Professor McDonald was the Vice Chairman on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). Professor McDonald also served in the U.S. Army, 25th Infantry, from 1962 until 1964. He received his bachelor's degree in engineering, as well as his master's and doctorate degrees in business and finance from Stanford University.
Jack McDonald is the third "super independent" board member at QuinStreet. Former Senator Bill Bradley, Managing Director of the investment bank Allen & Company LLC, joined the QuinStreet Board in August of this year and chairs the Governance and Nominating Committee. Dana Stalder, Vice President of Corporate Development, eBay, Inc., was elected to the Board in 2003 and chairs the QuinStreet Audit Committee.
