QuinStreet's 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on October 27, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. local time at Metro Tower in Foster City. All attendees, other than QuinStreet representatives, must own QuinStreet stock as of September 5, 2023, or be a legally appointed proxy. Attendees must present a valid form of identification (i.e., a driver's license or passport), proof of stock ownership, and the legal proxy (if applicable).
Stockholders who own common stock in "street name" must present a legal proxy, brokerage statement, or written proof of ownership from the broker or other nominee holding their shares showing ownership of the shares as of September 5, 2023. Representatives of institutional stockholders must bring a legal proxy or other proof that they are representatives of a firm that held the shares as of September 5, 2023, and are authorized to vote on behalf of the institution.
