In addition to his role at Allen & Company LLC, Mr. Bradley currently is a member of the Board of Directors for Seagate Technology, Starbucks Coffee Company and Willis Group Holdings Limited.

Mr. Bradley was formerly Chief Outside Advisor to McKinsey & Company's non-profit practice and a Senior Advisor and Vice Chairman of the International Council of J.P. Morgan &Co. Inc. Mr. Bradley served in the U.S. Senate for eighteen years and was a candidate for the 2000 Democratic nomination for President of the United States. He also has been a visiting professor at Stanford University, Notre Dame University and the University of Maryland. He received a bachelor's degree in American History from Princeton University and a master's degree from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
Senator Bradley is the second super independent board member at QuinStreet, joining Dana Stalder, Vice President of Corporate Development, eBay, Inc., who was elected to the Board in 2003 and chairs the QuinStreet Audit Committee.
