Former U.S. Senator Bill Bradley Joins QuinStreet BoardFoster City, California, August 24, 2004 - QuinStreet, Inc. announced today that former U.S. Senator Bill Bradley has joined its Board of Directors. Mr. Bradley will chair QuinStreet's Governance and Nominating Committee.

In addition to his role at Allen & Company LLC, Mr. Bradley currently is a member of the Board of Directors for Seagate Technology, Starbucks Coffee Company and Willis Group Holdings Limited.

"Bill Bradley's expertise in business and public life and his personal accomplishments - Rhodes Scholar, 1964 Olympic gold medalist, member of basketball's NBA Hall of Fame, three-term Senator and best selling author - have made him a trusted, well-respected member of many communities," said Doug Valenti, Chairman and CEO of QuinStreet. Mr. Bradley was formerly Chief Outside Advisor to McKinsey & Company's non-profit practice and a Senior Advisor and Vice Chairman of the International Council of J.P. Morgan &Co. Inc. Mr. Bradley served in the U.S. Senate for eighteen years and was a candidate for the 2000 Democratic nomination for President of the United States. He also has been a visiting professor at Stanford University, Notre Dame University and the University of Maryland. He received a bachelor's degree in American History from Princeton University and a master's degree from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.



Senator Bradley is the second super independent board member at QuinStreet, joining Dana Stalder, Vice President of Corporate Development, eBay, Inc., who was elected to the Board in 2003 and chairs the QuinStreet Audit Committee.
